What do I need to bring with me?

If you’re coming to use the Spa Facilities you’ll need to bring your swimwear with you – we’ll provide you with robes, footwear and towels.

In all our showers we have body wash. We even provide fabulous body lotion to leave you feeling silky soft from top to toe!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment, this gives you time to fill in your Health Card (you’ll only have to do this on your first visit) and to get changed ready for your treatment or Spa Day Experience.

What should I take into the Spa Experience?

We recommend that you leave all your personal possessions in your car. We also recommend removing jewellery as it can become hot and uncomfortable in the sauna and steam rooms.

We serve a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, and there is chilled water available in the Spa Experience – all drinks are complimentary so there’s no need to bring money or water bottles into the spa.

For health and safety reasons we ask you not to bring your own face or body products into the spa.

Can I book a treatment on the day?

We always recommend booking treatments in advance to avoid disappointment, however please check with reception on arrival and they can advise you of availability.

Why do I need to fill in a Health Card?

We need to ensure that you are fit and well before you use the Spa facilities or receive treatments. Some medical conditions may prevent you from using certain facilities or having specific treatments, as these could be detrimental to your health. If you are having treatments, your therapist will also use the information on your Health Card to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from your treatment.

What is included in my treatment time?

Your treatment time includes your consultation and aftercare advice. These are both vital elements of your treatment to ensure you receive the most beneficial treatment on the day and that you know how best to prolong the benefits once you leave.

What should I do if I’m uncomfortable during my treatment?

Your comfort is of the utmost importance to us. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable during your treatment please be sure to inform your therapist at the time so they can make any necessary adjustments.

Can I use my own beauty products in the Spa Experience?

We ask our guests to refrain from using their own products in either the Spa Experience or Relaxation area.

Can I order food?

Freshly prepared light lunches are available from £6 – £12 per person. Please note, if you would like lunch during your visit to the Spa we ask that you book this in advance.

What should I wear during treatments?

During treatments you can wear your own underwear or bikini bottoms, alternatively we provide disposable underwear (it might not look very sexy but it does prevent you getting oil or other products on your own!)

Please don’t feel that you need to change out of damp swimwear before your treatment as there will be an opportunity for you to do this after your therapist has taken you to your private treatment room.

To ensure you feel comfortable throughout your treatment your therapist will use towels to cover you, just exposing the part of the body they are about to work on.
