Booking Your Appointment

Deposits:

We will require a deposit with every Spa treatment, package and event booking.

For all Spa Experience and treatment bookings, a booking fee of £25.00 per booking will apply. The booking fee will be required to secure your booking.

Cancellations:

Should you require to cancel your booking, you will be given the option to rearrange it when this request is made 48 hours before your appointment or your deposit will be refunded. Should you require to cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be non-refundable.

 

By booking an appointment at North Gulham Spa, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. Cancellations made by email will not be accepted.
